Sermorelin Acetate is an acetate salt of a synthetic peptide composed of 29 amino acids (GRF 1-29 NH2) that correspond to the amino-terminal segment of naturally occurring human growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) with 44 amino acid residues.
Dosage and Administration
Sermorelin is a fine white powder in a vial that should be mixed with bacteriostatic water. The powder should be stored in dry and cool places without direct sunlight. The solution should be used with subcutaneous injection into the body fat using a very small insulin needle. Once combined in the solution, the serum should be stored in a refrigerator (between 2 and 8 ° C / 36 ° F and 46 ° F) because the amino acid chain is likely to disintegrate and this may affect its effectiveness. Before use, check the particulate fluid or discoloration and, if found, discard the solution. As with most peptides, there is a dose of saturation. This saturation dose is typically about 100 mcg. This means that at a given time, at a higher dose, growth hormone secretion will not increase more than normal, which is a consequence of the body's natural mechanism of maintaining hormone levels in safe homeostasis. This means that sermorelin acetate can not be overdosed.
